California Tribes Sue Kalshi and Robinhood Over “Illegal Sports Betting”

The Blue Lake Rancheria, Chicken Ranch Rancheria, and Picayune Rancheria have sued Kalshi and Robinhood in federal court, seeking to block Kalshi’s sports event contracts from being offered on tribal land. DraftKings Fined $450K in Massachusetts for Credit Card Betting Violations

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission fined DraftKings $450,000 for allowing over 1,100 wagers to be placed using credit cards, violating state gambling rules.
